As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal from distance contracts.

You may withdraw from your booking within 14 days without giving any reasons.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been fully provided with your explicit consent before the withdrawal period ends.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
