Terms and Conditions (AGB)

These terms govern your use of the actiwonder platform.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all bookings and services provided through the actiwonder platform.

2. Platform Role

actiwonder acts as an intermediary (Vermittler) between trainers and clients. The training contract is concluded directly between the trainer and the client; actiwonder is not a party to that contract.

3. Contract Formation

A binding booking is formed when the client submits a booking request and the trainer confirms it, or upon instant booking confirmation by the system.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations more than 24 hours before the scheduled start are free. Within 24 hours a fee may apply. See also the statutory right of withdrawal.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment service provider Stripe. Prices include applicable VAT.

6. Liability

actiwonder's liability is limited to its role as intermediary to the extent permitted by law.

7. Dispute Resolution

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The European Commission's ODR platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
